TNDC WELCOMES TAYLOR SMITH AS PRE-CONSTRUCTION / ESTIMATING MANAGERTNDC is pleased to welcome Taylor Smith as a Pre-Construction/Estimating Manager, a newly created position that will play an instrumental role in TNDC’s strategic operations. Reporting to TNDC’s VP of Construction, Taylor is responsible for assessing the cost of construction projects, factoring in material, labour resources and equipment requirements, and working closely with all levels of TNDC’s management, clients and industry contacts. He will develop and implement procedures, standards, rules and regulations, as well as negotiate with suppliers and obtain quotes from subcontractors to compile accurate, comprehensive bid proposals. |
