NOTICE OF TNDC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders of Tahltan Nation Development Corporation (TNDC) will be held in person in Dease Lake:
Date: July 4, 2022
Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Location: Dease Lake Recreation Centre
Notice is hereby given to Tahltans the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of TNDC will be held on the dates and times and at the location specified above for the following purposes:
- Provide an operational update;
- Provide the 2021-2022 fiscal year financial statements; and
- Provide an update on future business.
If there is no quorum present at this meeting (quorum being the leadership of the three Shareholder organizations – Iskut Band, Tahltan Band, Tahltan Central Government), the meeting shall be adjourned for the same day in the next month at the same time and place.
A copy of this notice will be sent to all Tahltans via electronic mail (if applicable), posted in the communities and posted on TNDC’s website www.tndc.ca.
