TNDC Announces Resignation of CEO, Names Interim Managing Director

TNDC’s board of directors today announced that Clint Keso has resigned as chief executive officer. 

TNDC’s board of directors thanks Clint for his contributions, and wishes him well in his future endeavours. TNDC remains set up for success to carry it through the leadership transition and into the future.

Board Chair Jamie Gleason has been appointed Managing Director until a new CEO is chosen. Jamie will manage TNDC’s operations and work with TNDC’s management team to maintain quality of services and support a smooth transition for TNDC’s employees, customers and partners.

Jamie has served on the TNDC board since 2014 and brings a solid understanding of TNDC’s operations. He is a Civil Engineering Technologist and holds a Certificate in Business Administration. He has been President of CMS Construction Management Services, his own project management consultancy, for more than 25 years.
