TNDC 2021 AGM Postponed

TNDC advises its Shareholders (Tahltan membership) its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for July 4 as a virtual meeting, has been postponed.

This decision by TNDC's Board of Directors follows the lead of the Tahltan Central Government (TCG), in postponing its Annual General Assembly (AGA), in response to the death of a Tahltan elder, who is also the family member of a TCG staff member. It also reflects recent changes to COVID-19 public health measures, and the Province moving into Phase 3, to consider larger in-person gatherings.

TNDC will work with TCG to coordinate a revised date in the coming months and together they will consult with the Tahltan Band, Iskut Band and the Tahltan Emergency Management Team prior to making any further plans or announcements.
