Today, we turn 30!

Today marks TNDC’s 30th anniversary of incorporation! This significant milestone is cause for celebration, so we’re celebrating for an entire year!

We’ve launched a special website - www..tndc/tndc-30th-anniversary - to house photos and share information. And we’ll be giving away prizes throughout the year and recognizing individuals who have played instrumental roles in growing TNDC into the successful organization it is today. We’re also planning a number of initiatives, contests and events, kicking off with a birthday party in Dease Lake on Saturday, June 27 and you’re invited.

As the old saying goes, “We’ve come a long way, baby” and gained many ‘pearls’ of wisdom along the way, growing into an extremely successful corporation with many accomplishments to be proud of.

TNDC’s success has been achieved through the contributions and efforts of many individuals – Tahltan members, TNDC employees, and our suppliers, business and industry partners, and the community, so it’s fitting everyone joins us in the celebration.

See the events section of our 30 Anniversary web page for details on birthday party. We hope to see you there! And be sure to check the web page regularly for new photos, and news about contests and events.

  • We worked with TNDC on the Galore Creek mining project and the Northwest Transmission Line, providing heavy lift helicopter services. It made good business sense to get involved with the Nation, so we formed Tahltan Helifor Joint Venture in 2011. After meeting Bill Adsit, I knew we had made the right decision. We have had only positive experiences and look forward to continued collaboration.

  • TNDC is a great place to work. The atmosphere in the office is friendly, open, and honest, and there is always humour and laughter. I like that TNDC maintains an active approach of hiring locally and offers training within that position. Employees are highly encouraged and supported to advance professionally, which ripples into advancing personally as well.
