Maintaining Our Assets
We preserve the integrity of our assets and ensure our projects progress on schedule through robust preventative maintenance practices, regular inspections and proactive repairs. Underpinned by operator training, our Fleet team employs a roster of talented and experienced Heavy and Light Duty Red Seal Technicians, welders, and lube/fuel personnel to maintain our fleet to the highest level.
Ensuring Reliability & Continuity
Backed by fleet maintenance, warehousing and purchasing software systems, we optimize our stock levels, ensuring we are always equipped to maintain our fleet effectively and ensure the continuity of our operations. Dedicated operations at our Red Chris mine project site and Dease Lake Shop strengthens our operational capabilities.

Driving Technology & Innovation
Technology is at the core of our operations, maximizing our fleet assets, driving accuracy, efficiency and productivity, and helping keep projects on track and on target. Our heavy equipment fleet is equipped with GPS technology and global tracking software to support efficient and accurate placement of material. We use Caterpillar’s VisionLink software to track production and machine utilization, support efficient maintenance scheduling, and track emissions.

TNDC has a strategic relationship with Finning Canada, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. This partnership sees Finning training our people and providing operational support to drive productivity and efficiency, minimize equipment wear and tear, enhance our maintenance program, and maximize the lifespan of our fleet.
