Bill Adsit to Serve as Panellist for VBOT’s 2014 Aboriginal Opportunities Forum

On June 18th, TNDC’s Vice President of Business Development Bill Adsit will serve as a panellist for the Vancouver Board of Trade’s fourth annual Aboriginal Opportunities Forum.

This forum emphasizes and explores the critical relationship between aboriginal issues and economic development in B.C. To help facilitate conversation and improve aboriginal cross-cultural communication, the 2014 forum focuses on helping businesses to understand, rationalize and overcome issues. The panels feature leading experts from government, academia and business.

Bill will sit on the panel for Session 2: From Dialogue to Success. This session focuses on understanding cultural differences between aboriginal and non-aboriginal communities and how to apply this insight when building business relationships with the aboriginal community. TNDC’s business partner and President of PR Associates, Robert Simpson, will also serve as a panellist in this session.

The forum takes places on June 18th from 7:15 am to 2:00 pm at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. For more information, or to register, please visit the Vancouver Board of Trade website at: http://www.boardoftrade.com/events/overview/2185823327.aspx.
